Where do I start, both Darren and I still can’t believe how perfect our wedding day was, and West End Singing Waiters were a huge part of this. We were blown away by the incredible performances of the singing waiters at our wedding! From the moment they began their surprise act, they had everyone in awe. Their voices were sensational, and they seamlessly integrated into the waiting staff, making the reveal even more memorable. The energy and enthusiasm they brought to each song were infectious, and they truly elevated the atmosphere of our reception, involving everyone. It was, dare I say it, the highlight of the day, and it’s the main memory that our guests still talk about and how it was such a unique experience, and the perfect transition from the wedding breakfast to the dance floor. We are so grateful to West End Singing Waiters for providing us with memories that will last a lifetime. We couldn’t recommend enough!

Had seen singing waiters very many years ago and enjoyed the experience, but nothing like the West End Singing Waiters. Wow, amazing, so memorable forever. Craig and Matt were fabulous singers, but also played the crowd, read the room, had everyone on the feet (and the groom up in the air for the Dirty Dancing lift). Have had so many comments from guests and they made the the wedding so extra special. Would definitely recommend them, as so much more than the 'icing on the cake'. We weren't 100% as to whether to have them and debated for a while, but thank goodness we did. Thanks Neil.

My parents organised this as a surprise for our wedding at the weekend. After moonlighting as very polite and attentive waiters, Neil, Phil & Helena burst into song during dinner. They are so talented and gave an absolutely outstanding performance! They arranged it absolutely perfectly, singing a range of upbeat and moving songs- when I looked around our guests were either in fits of laugher or floods of tears (myself included!) and everyone got so involved dancing and singing along, which put everyone in party mode for when dancing started. It was my favourite part of the whole wedding day, just simply wonderful and it’s all anyone has talked about since the wedding. They made our wedding so fun, special and memorable and i absolutely cannot recommend them enough!! Thanks so much guys, Natalie & Joe xx

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! 
Words can’t describe how amazing you guys were. My advice to anyone thinking of booking the singing waiters is to stop thinking about it and ‘GET THEM BOOKED’ they are amazing and you won’t regret it . They are such professionals , they blended in with the hotel staff serving drinks etc and no one suspected a thing which made the surprise so much better. All the guest are still talking about it. My favourite song was 500 miles where everyone who could got up to dance even the chef and hotel staff joined in. I can’t thank Neil and his team enough for making Terri and Daves day even more special than it already was. I have lost count of the people who came and thanked me for booking you guys and saying how fantastic you were . Any footage of you online doesn’t do justice to actually watching the surprise unfold. Absolutely priceless and a memory that will go away with every guest that was there. I think I can honestly say mission accomplished and that’s thanks to you guys. Thank you , thank you , thank you ! 😍😍

West End Singing Waiters sang at my Dad’s 80th Birthday party this week. They were brilliant! They were proactive and helpful in organizing the surprise. They advised on suitable song list and performance duration. They liaised with the hotel and sorted everything out.
We hadn’t expected that Neil and Phil would be so hands on in serving our champagne and canapés! They were directing guests and answering questions. This made the surprise even better when they burst into song. 

When Neil began the “show” the expression on everyone’s face was hilarious. There was confusion. Annoyance (Neil had interrupted the speeches and getting a bit too involved in our family celebration). More confusion (when he burst into song). And then laughter (when they realised it was a set up). 
The quality of the singing was excellent. In some ways it felt like a private west end concert. Phil and Neil had our party quietly listening, shedding the odd tear and dancing. Which is no mean feat when half of your guests are over 75! 

It really was a great addition to our celebrations. I know my dad loved it as did the whole party. I was concerned that our party was too small to have entertainment like this (18 guests) but this was not the case. It worked perfectly. It had just the right impact.
I would highly recommend the West End Singing Waiters. Thanks so much for a great performance.

Neil and Kilke from West End Singing Waiters performed at my Dad's 70th. They were absolutely sensational! They managed to keep their presence a secret in a marquee of 80 people and then kicked off one of the best live performances I've ever seen. A brilliant mix of incredible singing, great crowd interaction and a lot of fun. They had the whole place on its feet having the time of their lives and remained the talk of everyone for the rest of the night. Thanks both for being such great performers, professionals and wonderful people to meet. You ended up being the key ingredient in a wonderful night. Highly recommended to anyone who wants something special at a big event. Thank you.

Well how do I start to send my thanks!! I knew you would be amazing but what you did on our wedding day really was the icing on the cake. Stu is still in shock and unsure what happened, which is quite entertaining. Everyone else hasn't stopped talking about your amazing performance!! We've also had a few comments saying it's the best wedding they've ever been to!! From Uncle Alans singing to Richards interesting dancing we can't fault a single thing. What you do is truly special and heartwarming, plus you are all both lovely and kind people. Keeping the secret was not easy but you made the whole process from start to finish so easy. The day itself was going to be hard with dad not there but having you sing made everyone smile which I know he would of loved. Really can't thank you enough. Now trying to work out what event we can have next to enjoy your amazing talents again!!

The team interacted with the group and got everyone on their feet dancing and singing (all before 9pm) - Fair to say they got the party started!!

My sons wedding on 24th November was an awesome day, and made even better by Neils team. I booked the singing waiters without a mention to anyone as to what might happen. The surprise was pulled off well. So much that two of the guests went to comfort the supposedly upset waitress.
Something I had not thought about but you do the speeches and at the end everyone is a bit tearful; so where do you go from that? For us Neil and his team stepped in, upped the tempo and got us all happy again.
OMG, I will never forget the song " How long will I love you" sung so perfectly to the bride and groom. Blew me way.
If any of you are in doubt...book them

Hi Neil – just wanted to pass on our sincere gratitude and appreciation to you, Matt and Laura for delivering such an excellent performance on Friday evening. Your enthusiasm, professionalism  and flexibility to work with us from start to finish has been fantastic. I wanted to write and thank you for your amazing performance at Charlotte and Jimmy’s wedding on Saturday.  Nothing could have prepared me for how fabulous you all were.  I can see from Bonnie’s e-mails why she was so excited by the surprise she had arranged.   Charlotte is the first of all her school friends to get married and it is hard to see how that can be topped.  Every single little detail was perfect, even if we all did cry with Take That.  I have written a testimonial below if it is of use to you.

Nothing could have prepared us for the wonderful performance of the West End Singing Waiters at Charlotte and Jimmy’s wedding on Saturday.  They blended in so well with the catering team and their opening gambit very clever than when they burst into glorious song it was a complete surprise.  Songs – beautiful; engagement with the audience – fabulous; voices so powerful and wide ranging it was like a choir of 10.  But none of that adequately describes the amazing atmosphere they created, it was blissful.  If you want the wow factor I give this a 6 star rating, it could not have been bettered. Thank you for an experience we will never forget.

We had the “Rat Pack Is Back” with a live 4 piece band and also “West End Singers Waiters”. I thought the rat pack were going to be the star act as they came recommended and with a live band it would normally go down extremely well with our owners... they were good but in mine and our owners opinions the West End Waiters were amazing and went down better!!

 

If you need a surprise “waiter” singing act or a trio of west end quality singers this is the act you should book! They mingled with the owners, chatting with them as if they were servers, helped us escort our owners to their tables etc and then as main courses had been served they burst into song, one singer at a time, taking the whole room by surprise. Singing songs from Phantom, Les Mis, Moulin Rouge and much more they had a standing ovation at the end of their first set. Their second set was full of well known, classic songs which had everybody up dancing.

They were professional, turned up on time, sound checked and were done in plenty of time, I couldn’t have asked for more.

I cannot praise them enough, take a look at their website if you think this might be something you could use. I promise I am not on commission ;-)

Well where do we start, I suppose by saying a BIG THANK YOU to all of you. From the start of the journey from the first phone call, through to the post party drinks, what an amazing evening we had. We couldn’t have wished for more, westendsingingwaiters were just perfect for our joint 50th Birthday Party. The whole experience has been wonderful. Planning this most amazing surprise for my girlfriend with you and seeing her face when you burst into song has and will be forever priceless.

 

You place so much emphasis on attention to detail in planning memorable events I could not have wished for more. Emphasis on pre planning with meeting up as many times as I need to ensure I was happy, assisting with the music and track selection for our 80’s theme night, checking out the event, meeting the team at Hush and ensuring that the Silver Room was setup to make the surprise perfect was second to none and was just second nature to you. There was no way you were going to be less than 100% on form. How you blended into the restaurant team helping with everything from the cloakroom, through to serving canapés, a touch of the sommelier and just being part of the team too was great. No one guessed any of the team were not real waiters and what was going to happen and I mean no one. Alex was dumbstruck when you and David burst into song. Surprises were abound, the mini “waiter argument”, the second surprise with Amira “The Manager” attempting to stop the party and then the third surprise with the videographer Matt taking control was heaven, Grown men and women cried with laughter. The way you got the party mood going was priceless. Alex was completely surprised as was everyone else, who would have thought waiters could ENTERTAIN this much. The transition from songs and getting our friends in on the act was awesome. We loved the way you found out little details about some of the guest and got them in on the act, Kevin, Andy, Teresa and Stephen and especially getting “lover boy Chris M” involved had us all rolling around !!

 

Wow, if anyone is thinking of having a celebration and wants to make it magical and add spectacular singing and entertainment, they need you and your crew. Post party feedback has been nonstop saying what a fun night everyone had. This has been the most amazing evening of our lives,  massive thank you

Rachel and David Halle - Wedding April 2014

 

 

 

Rachel and David booked us to sing at their sister/daughters wedding. It was a surprise for the bride and groom and went down a storm. We sang "If I had a Hammer" especially for the groom as it was his favorite hymn he used to sing in Assembly at Primary school!!. Feedback from Rachel below.

"The West End Singing Waiters performed at our wedding on 5 October 2013. From my initial enquiries in mid 2013 through to the performance, Neil could not have been more helpful in making the performance perfect for my needs and personal to us as a couple. When I wanted to include friends as singers he helped to prepare them and even allowed a couple of props for my husband to be thrown into the mix! My husband's favourite stage show is Les Miserables and so I requested four singers for One Day More and Red and Black for a surprise performance. Their cover as waiters for our hog roast was perfect, no one suspected a thing! When Neil made an impromptu speech, he had everyone's attention as he and the other singers broke into One Day More. The whole room was surprised, including my husband, and they were in their element as the song gathered pace, with the best men joining in as Javert getting a lot of laughs! The second performance of Red and Black went down an absolute storm with laughs and smiles throughout, the finale was perfect and saw my husband atop Neil and Craig's shoulders waving a red and black flag - an image I shall never forget! Later that evening, the cabaret had everyone enthralled, finishing with a tear jerking performance by Craig of Bring Him Home which he poignantly dedicated to our Armed Forces (ourselves and our friends being in the RAF).Wonderful, enthralling, moving and a special moment on our wedding day that we shall never forget. Thank you West End Singing Waiters."
